Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are happy with your purchase from Baltic Football Shirts. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item for a refund, exchange, or store credit, subject to the conditions below.\


Return Period

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

You must notify us of your intention to return an item within this period and ship the item back within 14 days of notification.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in their original condition

  • Have all tags attached

  • Not be worn, washed, or damaged

Removing an item from its plastic packaging is acceptable, but items must otherwise remain in the same condition as received.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund if the item is returned in a condition different from when it was sold.


Personalised Items

Unfortunately, personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are produced specifically to your order.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 working days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order (card or PayPal).

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for another product:

  • Exchanges are possible for items of equal value, subject to stock availability.

  • We cannot reserve items while your return is in transit.

If you wish to exchange for a higher-priced item, we will issue a voucher equal to the value of your returned item once it has arrived at our warehouse.


Store Credit

You may also choose to receive store credit, which:

  • Can be used for any purchase on our website

  • Does not expire

Return Shipping

Baltic Football Shirts cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your tracking number until the return has been processed.


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us via the chat option on our website to request a return.

  2. Complete the returns form and wait for approval from our support team.

  3. Include the returns confirmation email inside your parcel.

If you do not have access to a printer, you may include a handwritten note with:

  • Your order number

  • Your return confirmation code

  1. Ship the parcel using a tracked shipping service to the address provided in your confirmation email.

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
